    Sport X Outdoor Functional Training

    Join Sport X Aarhus and experience one of the city's most welcoming outdoor fitness communities. Our training sessions combine functional fitness inspired by CrossFit with a strong focus on community, motivation, and having fun while being active.

    During the Try Out programme, participants will take part in varied full-body workouts performed in teams and small groups. The sessions include strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional exercises designed to improve overall fitness while creating a supportive and social training environment. Collaboration and encouragement are key elements of every workout, making it easy to get involved and feel part of the group from day one.

    No previous experience is required, and all exercises can be scaled to suit different fitness levels. Whether you are new to exercise or already active, our instructors will help you participate at a level that matches your abilities and goals.

    At Sport X, training is about more than physical fitness. We believe in creating meaningful connections, building confidence, and fostering a sense of belonging through shared experiences. Participants will be welcomed by experienced instructors and a friendly community that values inclusion and support.

    After each training session, there will be an opportunity to stay and socialize with other participants and members of Sport X. A refreshing drink may be provided to help create a relaxed and informal atmosphere where new friendships and connections can develop.
